Style: Boutique | Soft adventure | Cultural immersion
Best Season: May–June or September–October

Day 1

Arrival day
Tbilisi - Paragraph Freedom Square

Arrive in Tbilisi, where your private driver will meet you for a seamless transfer to the new Paragraph Freedom Square. Located just steps from Rustaveli Avenue and the Old Town, this 5-star property is Georgia’s most sophisticated city hotel, with striking modern architecture, expansive views, and world-class amenities.

Spend the afternoon relaxing in the spa, rooftop infinity pool, or stylish lounge.

In the evening, take a short walk to a nearby fine-dining restaurant or enjoy your first taste of Georgia at the hotel’s signature venue with curated wine pairings.

Day 2

Tbilisi

Today, dive into the heart of Tbilisi’s old-meets-new charm with a private walking tour of the historic Old Town. Explore winding streets, pastel-hued balconies, and golden-domed churches. Visit the famous sulfur baths district and take in sweeping city views from Narikala Fortress.

After lunch at a local bistro, explore the city's creative side in Sololaki, home to galleries, boutique shops, and cozy wine bars.

This evening, return to your hotel or opt for a private dinner with live polyphonic singing in a candlelit cellar.

Day 3

Tbilisi

Enjoy a slower morning or optional spa treatment before heading into the countryside for a hands-on cooking class in a local family home. Learn to prepare traditional Georgian dishes like khinkali (soup dumplings) and khachapuri (cheese-filled bread), paired with house-made wine.

Spend the afternoon enjoying music, conversation, and slow travel at its finest.

Return to Tbilisi for a relaxed evening, or ask your concierge for a reservation at one of the city’s rising-star chefs' restaurants.

Day 4

Kakheti Wine Region – Château Buera

Leave the city behind and head east into Georgia’s wine country. Your destination is Château Buera, a refined, design-forward estate nestled in the Alazani Valley.

Check into your serene vineyard-view suite, surrounded by rolling hills and distant peaks.
In the afternoon, enjoy a private tour of the wine cellar and taste qvevri-aged amber wines—a method dating back 8,000 years.

Dinner is served on the terrace at Bina, the estate restaurant, where local ingredients and seasonal flavors take center stage.

Day 5

Kazbegi - Rooms Hotel Kazbegi

Depart Kakheti and drive north along the Georgian Military Highway, one of the most scenic routes in Europe. Pause at Ananuri Fortress and the emerald waters of Zhinvali Reservoir.

Arrive in the alpine village of Stepantsminda and check in to Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, a design-lover’s dream with floor-to-ceiling windows framing Mount Kazbek.

Spend the afternoon on the terrace with a glass of wine, take a short hike, or relax by the fireplace.

Dinner is cozy, stylish, and locally inspired—served in the hotel’s lounge with views of the mountains.

Day 6

Kazbegi

Begin the day with a visit to the 11th-century Alaverdi Monastery, home to monks who still make wine using ancient methods.

Next, stop at a boutique family-owned winery for a private tasting and picnic lunch amid the vines.

Return to Château Buera for a relaxed afternoon. Optional activities include a vineyard stroll, spa treatment, or a Georgian churchkhela-making demonstration (traditional walnut candy).

Enjoy another tranquil evening of world-class wine and mountain views.

Day 7

Departure day

Start the morning with a 4x4 ascent to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, perched on a hilltop with sweeping views of the snowcapped Caucasus.

Return for breakfast and a final coffee overlooking the peaks.

After checkout, your driver will escort you back to Tbilisi for your flight or onward journey.
